CrossFit FMS WOD:

1.)  Warm-up

400m run

2 rounds

  • 30 singles
  • 10 squat jumps
  • 10 bar kips
  • 10 push ups

 

WOD: 

5 RFT

  • 40 double unders
  • 20 push-ups
  • 10 med ball cleans
  • 5 toes to bar
