  • 10 good mornings
  • 10 presses
  • 10 front squats

WOD: 

Cleans

3X@45%      3X@55%   2X@65%

Then EMOM 8- 1 rep starting at 75% and climbing-NO MISSES

METCON:

3RFT

  • 400m run
  • 15 clean and jerks 115/75
