1.)  Warm-up

3rds

  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 10 good mornings
  • 10 shoulder presses
  • 10 squat jumps
  • 10 push ups

WOD: 

EMOM 10

1 clean and jerk (climbing-no misses)

Then

5 minute ascending ladder by 2’s (2,4,6,8……)

  • 2 front squats (you chose weight)
  • 2 hspu
