1.)  Warm-up

  • 200m run
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 10 pvc pass throughs
  • 4 alternating samson stretches

WOD:

For time

  • 800m run
  • 100 push ups
  • 100m bear crawl
  • 800m run
  • 50 hspu
  • 50m handstand walk (scale 50 shoulder taps/15 wall walks)
