· 5:15 AM – Monday – Friday (Every Weekday)
8:30 AM- Monday-Friday-No Limits Fitness (entry level)
Lunch Classes:
· 12:00 PM – Monday – Friday (Every Weekday)
Evening Classes:
· 4:30 PM – Monday – Friday (Every weekday)
· 5:30 PM – Monday – Friday (Every Weekday)
· 6:30 PM – Monday – Thursday
6:30 PM-Monday -Thursday – No Limits Fitness (entry level)
Weekend Classes:
· 10:00 AM – Saturday ONLY
*All classes (exception: Elements Classes) are 1 hour long.

The following is a list of the Federal Holidays in 2015 and these are days that we will be closed, OR offer only one class for the day. The only day we will be closed or have limited classes that is NOT listed is December 24th, Christmas Eve.
